Refund Policy

While we strive to deliver the best microgreens every time, we know that things don't always work out as we want them to. If you receive a package that has been damaged (outside of any slight handling and delivery bumps), or your greens have spoiled, please reach out to us at within 24 hours. Please include a picture and a description of the issue and your order details.


If the greens are spoiled or the container is damaged at the time of delivery, we will either issue a refund to the original source of payment, or credit it to your next order. We appreciate your honesty and understanding that we cannot be held responsible for your greens once they have been delivered. For example, being left outside in the heat or in freezing temperatures will have a negative effect that is out of our control. We are not liable for any damages or deterioration after 24 hours of delivery.
